They have developed a Financial Wellness Center, in partnership with MoneyEdu, to offer online courses, a full article library, and personal credit counseling agents members can meet with on their time.

The iTHINK Financial Wellness Center, powered by MoneyEdu, launches January 1, 2021 and is a new online service that provides personalized financial education to their members. With several videos, calculators, interactive exercises, and topics to explore, there’s always something new to learn. 

Members create an account in the portal and can even create a portfolio of accomplishments that they can take with them. During the month of January, members who complete an iTHINK Financial Wellness Center education course will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of three $100 Visa gift cards.

In the portal, members can access easy-to-use calculators, educational content that is updated weekly, courses that test member’s financial knowledge and skills, featured topics that help members become a smarter consumer, and credit counseling services through Money Management International. Counseling services are available to our members 24/7 with representatives who speak Spanish, Creole and other languages.
