What to expect:
An iTHINK Financial Member Service Advisor will assist you with obtaining a new or replacement Debit Card or PIN. To reset your PIN for an existing card, please have your Debit Card with you.
Tax Statements are now available!
All Members can now retrieve their 2024 Tax Statements in Online Banking by selecting "View Statements or eAlerts/eStatements" from the slider menu (3 horizontal lines on the upper left of the screen).

Enhanced Security with One-Time Passcodes!
To enhance your online shopping security experience and protect you against any possible fraudulent attempts, iTHINK Financial will be providing you a One-Time Password (OTP) for suspicious online transactions.
