Get to know Shawn:
What drives you? I have a passion for bringing out the best in those around me, especially my members and my team. I want every member to be financially educated and able to make good decisions with their money.
What are your passions/interests outside of the workplace? I love hiking, yoga, mediation, reading, travel and spending quality time with my family and friends. And did I mention coffee?
What was your first job? My first job out of college was a Von Maur department store buyer. This was a great opportunity to travel and learn the basics of running a profitable business.
When did you start working at iTHINK Financial and what was your position? In July of 2001, I made a big industry/job move to iTHINK Financial as a member service advisor. That is almost 20 years ago and I am so thankful
for that big leap of faith. The credit union is like my second home.
What’s your favorite thing about your branch? I am most excited about continuing to build a strong team at this branch. Our team has a mission to deliver Service Excellence at every touchpoint in addition to adding
value to our membership and the communities we serve.
