What drives you? What are you inspired by? Juan and Luisa, my children inspire me every day to be as great of a person as I can be. They are my greatest pride.
What are your passions/interests outside of the workplace? Outside of the workplace, I love to read to wind down my day. My favorite American writer is Joel C Rosenberg and his political thrillers, and my favorite Spanish writer is Carlos Ruiz Zafron with a hybrid style.
What was your first job? In Colombia , in 1991, debit cards were not as prevalent as they are today. Due to this, my first job focused primarily on expanding our clients’ usage of them.
When did you start working at iTHINK Financial and what was your position? I started working for iTHINK Financial in June 2018 and my position was Senior Member Service Advisor.
What’s your favorite thing about your branch? My team is my favorite part about my branch. They make it a joy to come to work.
