Call Center Early Closure – Phone System Upgrade
To better serve you, our Call Center will close early on Monday, June 9th, at 4:00 p.m. EST for a scheduled phone system upgrade and will reopen on Tuesday, June 10th, at 8:00 a.m. EST. After this upgrade, members can expect enhanced call security and a faster, more efficient service experience. Members will still be able to use Online Banking and our Mobile Banking App. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve your member experience.
